This policy describes how we handle appointment cancellations, no-shows and potential refunds.
Cancellations and rescheduling
- Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations (under 24h) or no-shows may incur a no-show fee.
Deposits and payments
- For treatments requiring materials or lab work, a deposit may be requested.
- Deposits cover incurred costs and may be non-refundable once preparation has started.
Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may take 5–10 business days.
- No refunds for subjective aesthetic outcomes where the treatment was performed according to informed consent.
Force majeure
We understand emergencies happen. If you notify us as soon as possible, we will seek reasonable rescheduling alternatives.
